The Ageing Body Pro Series #1 is a dance-based reflection on the unique nature of the career of a dance artist in a rapidly changing world. How to live with the challenge of aging and how to deal with the unexpected experiences that come with and after menopause. The question arises: who am I and did I actually dream it all?

In an associative dialogue with choreographer Silke Z., Liisa Pentti reflects on stage about her past and present experiences as a professional, freelance dancer and artistic director of her ensemble. Silke and Liisa share memories, reveal current concerns, and sketch out future perspectives. The work offers an authentic insight into ageing and artistic identity.
